| GIS 具有数据存储、查询、统计分析、模拟、辅助决策和预测等功能‘可以实现气象信息的快速采集
和处理‘也可以深度分析、直观反映受灾地地理信息、农业产业结构信息等。 在分析 GIS 技术在台风灾害应用
中的环节及其关键技术的基础上‘构建了基于 GIS 和虚拟技术的台风灾害农业损失评估系统‘实现了台风信
息的动态模拟展示、台风造成农业损失的评估等‘为制定农业保险政策、农业补贴政策等提供直观、科学的支
持。 |

| GIS technology has functions of data storage, query, statistical analysis, simulation, decision making
and prediction, and can rapidly collect and process meteorological information, directly analyze, demonstrate
geographic information of disaster area and agricultural industry structure. Based on analyzing the links of GIS
technology in the typhoon disaster in application and its key technologies, this paper established the evaluation
system of agricultural losses by typhoon disaster based on GIS and virtual technology, realized the dynamic
simulation of typhoon information display, agricultural loss assessment, to provide straightforward, scientific support
for making the agricultural insurance policy, agricultural subsidy policy. |
