      昆虫化学感受蛋白(chemosensory proteins,CSPs)广泛存在于各种昆虫中,与昆虫识别外界信息密 切有关。从棉花粉蚧(Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley)转录组数据中分析、获得12 条化学感受蛋白基因,分别命 名为PsolCSP1-PsolCSP12。这些基因与已报道的其他昆虫CSPs 基因序列相似性较高,与双翅目、鳞翅目、膜翅目 及半翅目昆虫的化学感受蛋白相似性都在10%~50%之间,说明CSPs 序列在物种之间高度保守。研究结果为进 一步研究棉花粉蚧CSPs 的分子结构和功能奠定了基础。
英文摘要:
      Insect chemosensory proteins are small soluble proteins expressed in various insect species, which are believed to be involved in chemosensory communication. In this study, based on the successful transcriptome sequencing in Phenacoccus solenopsis, we identified 12 putative chemosensory protein (CSPs) genes namely PsolCSP1-PsolCSP12, respectively. With 10%-50% similarities to Lepidoptera, Hymenoptera and Hemiptera, these genes had high homology with the reported CSPs in other insects, which demonstrated the highly conservative of CSPs different species. The results are helpful for further research on molecular structure and function of CSPs in P. solenopsis.
