| 以吉登斯的结构化理论为基础，构建以家庭农场主、土地流出户、村集体、政府为行动者的家庭
农场结构，家庭农场主、土地流出户及村集体在政府的引导与监督下，进行利益博弈，最终实现自己的利益。
分析家庭农场主在获利动机的驱动下，与结构产生互动。家庭农场主受制于结构，又能动地反作用于结构，使
家庭农场结构处于动态变化之中，反复调整并趋于稳定，形成新的家庭农场结构。并在此基础上，提出家庭农
场主目标的实现路径，为家庭农场结构提供新的资源和规则，促进结构中各行动者利益的实现。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| Based on the structured theory，this paper constructed a family farm structure taking family farmers，
land outflow households，village collectives and government as actors. Family farmers，land outflow households and
village collectives strived hard for their interests and finally achieved them under the guidance and supervision of
government. This article analyzed the family farmers’ interaction to the structure under the motivation of acquiring more
profits. Family farmers were restricted by the structure，and on the contrary reacted upon the structure. They kept the
family farm structure in a dynamic change. It would tend to be stable through repeated adjustment and consequently form
a new family farm structure. And on the base of this，this article put forward the realization path of family farmer’s goal，
which provided new resources and rules for the family farm structure and promoted each actors’ acquirement of interests
in the structure. |
