      采用浸泡提取法和超声波提取法制备8 种植物的粗提物,以菌丝生长法和孢子囊萌发法测定抑荔枝霜疫霉(Peronophythora litchi)的活性,并对黄柏(Cortex phellodendri)粗提物的抑菌活性进行初步研究。结果显示,植物粗提物对荔枝霜疫霉菌丝生长和孢子囊萌发抑制作用中,超声波提取法优于浸泡提取法,两种方法制备的黄柏粗提物抑菌作用均较强,质量浓度为5 mg/mL 时,黄柏超声波提取法和浸泡提取法获得的粗提物对菌丝生长抑制率都为100%、孢子囊萌发抑制率为61.77% 和41.76%,黄柏超声波提取法和浸泡提取法粗提物抑菌丝生长的有效中浓度(EC50)分别为585.62、685.65 μg/mL。表明不同提取方法获得的粗提物抑菌活性不同,超声波提取法有利于抑荔枝霜疫霉活性物质的提取,黄柏粗提物抑荔枝霜疫霉菌活性较高。

      Eight kinds of plant extracts were obtained by ultrasonic extraction and organic solvent soaking method,and their inhibitory effects on mycelial growth and sporangial germination of Peronophythora litchi were tested. Results showed that the effect by ultrasonic extraction was better than that by soaking extraction.The extracts from Cortex phellodendri either by ultrasonic or by soaking extraction had the strongest anti-fungal activities among the 8 extracts. At the concentration of 5 mg/mL,the inhibition rate of extracts from C. phellodendri with ultrasonic extraction on mycelial growth was 100%,and on the sporangium germination was 61.77%;that of the extracts from C. phellodendri with saoking extraction on mycelial growth was also 100%,and on the sporangium germination was 41.76%. The EC50 values of extracts from C. phellodendri with ultrasonic extraction and soaking extraction on inhibiting mycelial growth of P. litchi were 585.62 μg/mL and 685.65 μg/mL,respectively. Ultrasonic extraction method was suitable for extracting plant-sourced anti-fungal substances,the extracts from C. phellodendri had high inhibitor activities on P. litchi.
