| 农地适度规模化经营对创新农业经营发展机制，保障粮食安全，提高农业生产效益具有重要
意义。基于崇州市的调研，运用SPSS 系统聚类方法将粮食类适度规模化经营组织的经营规模划分为8 组，
从经济效益、社会效益、生态效益3 个维度构建农地适度规模化经营效益综合评价体系，应用层次分析法
获取指标权重，并采用熵值法对权重系数予以修正，测算和评估三维效益对粮食类规模化经营综合效益
的贡献、不同经营规模组段综合效益的差异以及崇州市粮食类适度规模化经营组织的总体经营状况。研
究结果表明：综合指标权重中，三维效益对综合效益的贡献不一，依次为经济效益（0.4044）> 生态效益
（0.3299）> 社会效益（0.2657）；53.33～66.67 hm2、30.33～53.33 hm2、66.67～100.00 hm2 3 个经营规模组
段的经营效益最高；崇州市粮食类适度规模化经营综合效益总体上还处于一般水平，经营规模相对较小，
不同形式的规模化经营组织发展不均衡。提出加强农地流转、完善农业扶持政策等措施促进粮食类农地适
度规模化经营综合效益的持续增长。 |

| Agricultural land moderate scale operation plays an important role in innovating the mechanism
of agricultural operation， ensuring food security and improving the efficiency of agricultural production. Based on
the research of Chongzhou， the grain moderate scale management organization is divided into eight groups by using
SPSS system clustering method. The comprehensive evaluation system of agricultural land moderate scale operation
benefit is constructed from the three dimensions of economic benefit， social benefit and ecological benefit. Getting the
index weight by AHP， and using the method of entropy corrected of weighting coefficients， the contribution of three
dimensional benefits to grain scale comprehensive benefit， different scale groups of comprehensive benefit and the
organization’s overall operating conditions of grain appropriate scale management in Chongzhou city are estimated.
The results show that: in the weights of comprehensive indexes， the contribution of the three dimensional benefits to
the comprehensive benefits was different， followed by economic benefits（ 0.4044）， ecological benefits（ 0.3299）
and social benefits（ 0.2657）； In different groups，53.33-66.67 hm2，30.33-53.33 hm2，66.67-100.00 hm2， the three groups of scale have the highest operating efficiency. On the whole， the comprehensive benefits of grain
moderate scale operation in Chongzhou are still in the general level， the scale of operation is relatively small， and the
development of large-scale operation organizations of different forms is not balanced. On this basis， measures such as
strengthening agricultural land circulation and improving agricultural support policies are put forward to promote the
continuous growth of the appropriate scale operation of grain agricultural land. |
