      以4 份诺丽种质资源为试验材料,采用主成分分析法对其单果重、果实纵径、果实横径、果形 指数、可食率、果汁率、可溶性固形物含量、可滴定酸含量、固酸比、维生素C 含量、还原糖含量和pH 等12 个数量性状进行多样性分析,就其品质表现进行综合评价。结果表明:不同诺丽种质的果实品质性状存在显 著差异,具有丰富多样性。多样性研究结果表明,4 份材料的12 个数量性状变异系数介于1.76%~41.61% 之 间。相关性分析结果表明,一些果实性状间存在显著或极显著相关。主成分分析结果表明,12 个数量性状综 合成为3 个主成分。根据主成分综合排序表明,yitc-N1、yitc-N2、yitc-N3、yitc-N4 果实品质的综合评分分别 为-1.00、-1.85、1.08 和1.76,说明yitc-N4 果实品质综合表现优良,其次是yitc-N3。
英文摘要:
      Twelve quantitative traits including fruit weight,fruit length,fruit diameter,fruit shape index, edible ratio,juice content,soluble solids,titratable acidity content,ratio of solid acid,vitamin C,reducing sugar and pH levels in 4 noni germplasm were analyzed by using PCA( principal component analysis)method. The results showed that there was a significant difference in fruit quality parameters. The results of diversity analysis have indicated that the diversity indices ranged from 1.76% to 41.61%. The correlation analysis showed that there were significant or highly significant correlations between the fruit traits. The results of principal component analysis showed that twelve quantitative traits were consolidated into three principal components. Based on the principal component values obtained that comprehensive evaluation scores of yitc-N1,yitc-N2,yitc-N3 and yitc-N4 were -1.00,-1.85,1.08and 1.76,respectively,which meant that yitc-N4 was assessed to be excellent in comprehensive performance,followed by yitc-N3.
