以5 个品种鸡蛋花叶片和花瓣为材料,研究不同品种鸡蛋花叶片和花瓣的抗坏血酸含量及抗
氧化生理指标的差异,旨在为选育适合本土生长且具观赏价值的优良品种提供依据。结果显示,不同品种
鸡蛋花叶片和花瓣的抗坏血酸、叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、丙二醛和类黄酮含量,过氧化物酶和超氧化物歧化酶
活性以及花瓣的原花青素含量存在不同程度差异,表明不同品种鸡蛋花有可能选择不同的抗氧化剂清除活
性氧。鸡蛋花花瓣类黄酮的含量远高于叶片,推测类黄酮可能作为花瓣的主要抗氧化剂,在花器官的抗氧
化中起重要作用。 |

Five frangipanies were prepared to analyze the content of ascorbic acid and changes of physiological
parameters in their leaves and petals. The main purpose was to provide data basis for breeding the high quality
of frangipani variety that is suitable for local environments. The results showed that contents of ascorbic acid,
chlorophyll,carotenoid,malonaldehyde,flavonoid,oligomeric proantho cyanidins as well as the activities of POD
and SOD enzymes in the leaves and petals of different frangipani varieties were observed. It was indicated the variety
specificity of the antioxidants involved in the scavenging of reactive oxidants in different frangipanies. On the other
hand,the higher content of flavonoid in the petals than the leaves was observed,suggesting the important role of
flavonoid as antioxidant in the flower organ of frangipani. |
