| 甘蔗梢腐病是近年来暴发的一种真菌性病害，几乎遍布全世界所有甘蔗种植国家及地区，对蔗
糖产业造成了巨大损失，我国各甘蔗种植区也爆发了大规模梢腐病危害，对蔗茎产量和蔗糖分造成严重损
失，对我国甘蔗生产和糖业可持续性发展构成严重威胁。目前，防治甘蔗梢腐病最经济有效的方法就是选
育抗梢腐病的甘蔗新品种，而我国对于甘蔗梢腐病及其抗病育种的研究基础非常薄弱。综述了甘蔗梢腐病
的发生与危害、病原菌、抗病机制的研究现状和进展，介绍了甘蔗梢腐病的抗性鉴定技术、综合防治和抗病
育种的研究和应用现状，并对我国甘蔗梢腐病研究中存在的问题与今后的研究方向进行了探讨与展望。 |

| Sugarcane pokkah boeng disease was a fungal disease outbreak in recent years，which had been
recorded in almost all countries where sugarcane is grown commercially and causes serious damage to sugarcane
industry all over the world. Sugarcane pokkah boeng disease became a serious threat to the sugarcane production and
sugar development in China. At present，the breeding of surgarcane variety resistant to pokkah boeng is the best way
to prevent sugarcane pokkah boeng disease. However，the broad range of research endeavors of sugarcane pokkah
boeng disease and breeding of disease resistance is material weaknesses in China. Progress and current situation of
sugarcane pokkah boeng about occurrence，harm，pathogen and resistance mechanism was summarized. Some useful
techniques for resistance identification，integrated control and disease-resistance breeding were introduced. The
current problems and new prospects of sugarcane pokkah boeng research were also discussed. |
