| 海南垦区拥有海南省1/4 的土地资源，热带农业资源丰富且具有规模化的特点，至2016 年，
海南垦区土地总面积88.54 万hm2，其中热带作物种植面积约有34.35 万hm2。但是垦区121 家农业企业
中，以农产品为加工原料的企业只有16 家，反映其农业资源丰富，但产业化程度不高。以海南垦区的农
业产业化发展为研究对象，以产业集群理论和规模经济理论为基础，通过对垦区农业产值、企业特征和
农业人口特征、产业结构现状方面的分析，总结其农业产业化发展的状况；根据其发展过程中存在的政策、
区位、现代化大农业发展等机遇和面临的人才引进不足、劳动人口流失、体制方面的制约、产业集聚度
小和龙头企业发展活力不足等挑战，提出适合海南垦区农业产业化发展的对策。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| Hainan’s reclamation area occupied a quarter of Hainan province, it had rich tropical agricultural
resources and the characteristics of scale. By 2016, the total area of Hainan's reclamation was 88.54×104 hm2, and
the area of tropical crops was about 34.35×104 hm2. Only 16 companies use agricultural products as raw materials,
reflect its agricultural resource is rich, but industrialization degree is not high enough. This paper took the agricultural
industrialization development of Hainan reclamation area as the research object, based on industrial cluster theory
and dominant industry selection theory. Through the analysis of the development situation of output value, enterprise
characteristics, agricultural population characteristics and industrial structure of reclamation area, summarized the
development of agricultural industrialization. According to opportunities of the policy, location, the development of
modern big agriculture and other opportunities and facing such challenges as insufficient talent introduction, loss of
labor force, institutional constraints, small industrial agglomeration and insufficient vitality of leading enterprises, this
paper put forward countermeasures for the development of agricultural industrialization. |
