      【目的】腐皮病是绿海龟(Chelonia mydas)龟苗培育中的常见病,传染性极强,发病率和死亡率高。为确定病因及治疗方法,本研究从病龟鳍状肢的腐皮组织中分离到一株优势菌,编号CMRT91026。【方法】从症状明显的稚龟四肢病灶中分离纯化得到疑似病原菌,并开展形态特征、生理生化特性、16SrDNA鉴定和系统发育树构建,及相关药物敏感试验。【结果】该菌能在TCBS培养基上生长,菌落呈黄色,为革兰氏阴性杆菌;在1%NaCl的葡萄糖磷酸盐胨水、蔗糖、甘露糖和赖氨酸脱羧酶的生化特性均显示阳性,并且在3%NaCl-10%NaCl胨水均能生长;与NCBI的溶藻弧菌(Vibrio alginolyticus)同源性达100%;药敏结果:该菌对恩诺沙星、萘啶酸、左氧氟沙星、米诺环素、头孢吡肟和头孢曲松呈敏感;对多西环素、氟苯尼考、妥布霉素、大观霉素、诺氟沙星和氨曲南呈中介;对新霉素、复方新诺明、阿莫西林、庆大霉素、丁胺卡那霉素等15种药物耐药。【结论】菌株鉴定为溶藻弧菌,对喹诺酮类药物(如恩诺沙星)、四环素类药物(如米诺环素)及头孢类(如头孢曲松)等药物较为敏感。本研究为绿海龟稚龟溶藻弧菌病的诊断及病害防控提供了一定的参考和依据。

      【Objective】Rotten skin is a common disease in hatchling breeding of green sea turtles (Chelonia mydas),associated with high infectivity, high morbidity and high mortality. In order to determine the etiology of the diseased Individual, a predominant bacterial was isolated from the rotten tissue of Chelonia mydas.【Method】Suspected pathogens were isolated from limb lesions of diseased green sea turtle cultured in Huidong Sea Turtle National Nature Reserve. Morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics as well as drug sensitivity were analysed. The phylogenetic tree was established on the basis of 16S rDNA. 【Result】The culture results showed that the isolated strain which was named CMRT91026 could grow on TCBS medium and the colony’s color was yellow.The physiological and biochemical analysis indicated that the strain CMRT91026 was Gram-negative Brevibacterium. The lysine decarboxylase test of strain CMRT91026 was positive. It could utilize peptone, sucrose, mannose and grow in phosphate glucose peptone medium. The identity of 16S rDNA between CMRT91026 and other typical Vibrio alginolyticus was 100%. Thus, strain CMRT91026 was identified as Vibrio alginolyticus. The antibiotic susceptibility test also showed that strain CMRT91026 was sensitive to enoxacin, naphthidine acid, levofloxacin, minocycline, cefepime and ceftriaxone. It exhibited intermediated sensitivity to doxycycline, flurfenicol, tobramycin, daguanamycin, norfloxacin, aminotronam and resistance to 15 drugs including neomycin, cotrimoxil, amoxicillin, gentamicin, amikacin and so on. 【Conclusion】 A strain of Vibrio alginolyticus from green sea turtle was isolated and identified in the present study. This work contributes to the the prevention of vibrio alginolyticus infection in green sea turtles.
