      【目的】了解干旱胁迫对甘蓝型春油菜根系形态的影响以及与抗旱性的关系,筛选出抗旱性春油菜品种(系)。【方法】以石英砂为基质,采用15%(w/V)PEG溶液模拟干旱胁迫研究西藏甘蓝型春油菜芽期根系特征与抗旱性关系,筛选抗旱性春油菜品种(系)。【结果】干旱胁迫对西藏甘蓝型春油菜相对根重及相对根冠比影响较大,对根长影响最小;自育材料与中国内地引进品种材料抗旱性无差异;相关性分析显示,活力指数与相对侧根数(r2=0.443*)、相对根长(r2=0.555*)呈极显著正相关对28份春油菜品种(系)聚类分析,在欧式距离11处分为5类群,A类抗旱性最强,平均相对侧根数为69.14、平均相对根长为96.09%、平均相对根重为52.58%、平均相对根冠比为63.16%、平均相对活力指数为0.59。【结论】相对侧根数、相对根长及相对活力指数可以作为甘蓝型春油菜抗旱鉴定指标,其他指标可作为辅助。结合相对活力指数及聚类分析,筛选到3份(158106-2、164046-2、188013-1)材料抗旱性最强。
英文摘要:
      【Objective】To understand the effect of drought stress on root morphology of spring rapeseed(Brassica napus L.) and its relationship with drought resistance, and select drought-resistant spring rapeseed varieties (lines).【Method】Using quartz sand as the substrate, 15% (w / V) PEG solution was used to simulate the drought stress to study the relationship between the root characteristics and drought resistance of Tibetan cabbage spring rapeseed at bud stage, and to screen drought-resistant spring rapeseed varieties (lines).【Results】Drought stress had a greater impact on the relative root weight and relative root-to-root ratio of Tibetan cabbage spring rapeseed, and had the least effect on root length; there was no difference in drought resistance between self-breeding materials and materials imported from mainland China; correlation analysis showed that the vitality index Cluster analysis of 28 spring rapeseed varieties (lines) with 11 roots (r2 = 0.443 *) and relative root length (r2 = 0.555 *) showed a very significant positive correlation. The sex is the strongest, with an average relative root number of 69.14, an average relative root length of 96.09%, an average relative root weight of 52.58%, an average relative root-to-root ratio of 63.16%, and an average relative vitality index of 0.59. 【Conclusion】 The number of relative lateral roots, relative root length and relative vitality index can be used as drought-resistant identification indicators of spring rapeseed, and other indicators can be used as auxiliary. Combining the relative vitality index and cluster analysis, three materials (158106-2, 164046-2, 188013-1) were screened to have the strongest drought resistance.
