      【目的】分离能够高效溶磷的促生菌菌株,研究在不同溶磷菌胁迫下对蜀黍幼苗生长的影响。【方法】采用改良的SRSM培养基及改良的Belimov方法从平凉市化肥施用冬小麦土壤中筛选,利用形态特征和16S rDNA序列对筛选菌进行鉴定、分析其促生特性,盆栽试验分析不同溶磷胁迫下的蜀黍幼苗抗逆性等。【结果】研究表明,在初步分离得到8株溶磷菌株中,筛选出1株ZX-2020菌株,通过生理生化及16S rRNA 鉴定ZX-2020为Pseudomonas sp.,GenBank登录号为MT084758。蜀黍幼苗生长实验表明,接种了ZX-2020菌株的蜀黍与不同溶磷菌处理组相比,其幼苗根、茎长度和叶面积变化都有显著提高,分别平均增加了54.49%、26.96%和36.06%左右,产IAA量为6.71 mg L-1,溶磷量为198.26 ug mL-1。【结论】Pseudomonas sp.ZX-2020在化肥施用土壤中能够更好地定殖并保证促植物生长能力的发挥,并为化肥污染土壤的植物-微生物联合原位修复提供优良菌株资源。

      Abstract: 【Objective】To study the effects of different phosphorus-dissolving bacteria strains on the growth of maize seedlings under different phosphorus-dissolving strains.【Method】The improved SRSM culture medium and Belimov method were used to screen and isolate the growth promoters that could effectively soluble phosphorus from the soil of winter wheat applied with chemical fertilizer in Pingliang City. The strain was identified by morphological characteristics and 16S rDNA sequence,and its growth-promoting characteristics were analyzed. The effect of the strain on maize seedling growth under different phosphorus bacteria stress was studied by pot experiment. 【Result】According to the study, 8 strains of phosphorus-soluble were preliminarily isolated, and the zX-2020 strain was screened. Zx-2020 was identified as Pseudomonas sp. and the GenBank login number was MT084758 by using the physiological, biochemical and 16S rRNA. The results showed that the strain was ZX-2020 with phosphorus solubility. Under different phosphorus stress,The length of the root and stem increased by 54.49% and 26.96% times,The leaf area increased by 36.06% times. respectively,the dissolved phosphorus content was 198.26 ug mL-1, and the IAA yield was 6.71 mg L-1.
