      【目的】为了探明铜胁迫对鸭跖草和紫鸭跖草幼苗生长、生理指标变化及矿质营养积累的影响,筛选用于滇池铜污染修复研究的鸭跖草品种。【方法】以鸭跖草和紫鸭跖草为生物材料,采用水培法研究不同铜胁迫浓度下(0,25,50,75,100,125mg/L)2种鸭跖草叶绿素含量、抗氧化酶活性、矿质营养代谢的影响。【结果】2种鸭跖草鲜重、干重、叶绿素a含量与铜胁迫浓度呈反比关系,叶绿素b含量与铜胁迫浓度呈正比关系;在铜胁迫处理的第7d时,鸭跖草SOD酶活性先降低后又略有增加,POD酶活性、MDA含量持续增加,而CAT活性呈下降趋势,在125mg/L铜处理时CAT酶活性仅为对照的66.7%;紫鸭跖草SOD、POD、CAT酶活性、MDA含量均有增加;随着胁迫时间的延长,第15d时,鸭跖草SOD酶活性变化不大,CAT酶活性呈下降趋势而POD酶活性、MDA含量均有增加;在75mg/L铜处理时紫鸭跖草SOD酶活性为第7d的2.65倍,而POD酶活性先增加后降低,CAT酶活性、MDA含量均呈下降趋势。两种鸭跖草对溶液中铜存在主动吸收,导致其叶和茎中铜累积量明显增加,锌和镁累积量变化不大,铁、钾累积量均呈先增加后降低的趋势。通过比较分析发现两种鸭跖草茎中铜的累积量相差不大,但紫鸭跖草叶中铜的积累量是鸭跖草的1.12~10.12倍,茎中铜的平均累积量是叶的2~10倍。【结论】铜胁迫下两种鸭跖草毒害反应不同,鸭跖草较紫鸭跖草具有更强的抗氧化胁迫能力,茎是两种鸭跖草对铜吸收和富集的主要部位,鸭跖草可作为监测以及修复滇池铜污染的优选品种。

      [Objective] In order to find out the effect of copper stress on the seedling growth, physiological index changes and mineral nutrition accumulation in Commelina communis and Commelina?purpurea?, screen out Commelina L.for remediation of copper pollution in Dianchi Lake.[Method]By taking hydroponics method, Commelina communis and Commelina?purpurea?were used as biological materials to analyze the effects of chlorophyll content, antioxidant enzyme activity and mineral nutrition metabolism under different copper stress concentrations(0,25,50,75,100,125mg/L)..[Result] Fresh weight, dry weight and chlorophyll a content of Commelina communis and Commelina?purpurea were inversely proportional to copper stress concentration, while the content of chlorophyll b was proportional to the concentration of copper stress. On the 7th day, the effect of copper on the enzyme activity of Commelina communis was different, SOD activity decreased first and then increased slightly, POD activity and MDA content increased continuously, but CAT activity decreased under different copper stress concentrations, when the concentration of copper was 125 mg / L, the activity of CAT was only 66.7% of the control.?Furthermore SOD, POD, CAT activities and MDA content of Commelina?purpurea increased.?On the 15th day, SOD activity of Commelina communis changed a little, and CAT activity decreased, but POD activity and MDA content increased with the increase of stress time. Meanwhile the SOD activity of Commelina?purpurea was 2. 65 times of that on the 7th day when the concentration of copper was 75mg / L, POD activity increased first and then decreased, CAT activity and MDA content decreased. Commelina communis and Commelina?purpurea had active absorption capacity for copper, which caused the copper content in leaves and stems increased significantly, but Zn and Mg content changed little, Fe and K content increased first and then decreased. Through comparative analysis, it was found that the accumulation of copper in the leaves of Commelina purpurea was higher than that of Commelina communis, the accumulation of copper in the leaves of Commelina purpurea was 1.12~10.12 times that of Commelina communis, the average accumulation of copper in stem was 2~10 times of that in leaf. [Conclusion]The toxic response of Commelina communis and Commelina?purpurea was different under copper stress. Commelina communis has stronger ability of antioxidative stress than that of Commelina purpurea. the stem is the main part of copper absorption and enrichment of Commelina communis and Commelina purpurea.Commelina communis can be used as the preferred species for monitoring and remediation of copper pollution in Dianchi Lake
