About Fees
The journal is a non-profit public open access journal. In order to support the open access publication of the Journal, we only charge the article page fee for the authors who publish papers in the Journal (about 500 RMB per page); For those which are accepted after external review by experts and the author proposes to withdraw the manuscript, the review fee shall be charged as appropriate.
