Abstract
:
用离子色谱法测定了选自云南3个主要茶区的14种普洱茶的氟含量.结果表明,云南普洱茶的氟含量均符合国家标准,茶叶等级不同,氟含量也不同,优质茶叶的氟含量比低质茶叶低;采用不同加工工艺生产的云南普洱茶(熟茶和生茶)的氟含量也不同,以生茶的氟含量最低;不同类型的普洱茶氟含量不同,紧压茶的氟含量低于散茶.
