Abstract
:
在水温25(±2)℃条件下,采用静水水生生物测试方法,研究亚甲基蓝对高体鳑鮍鱼苗的急性毒性作用.结果表明,亚甲基蓝对高体鳑鮍鱼苗的24、48 h半致死浓度(LC50)分别为45.30mg/L和18.76 mg/L,安全浓度(SC)为0.96 mg/L.
