Abstract
:
基于企业的视角,利用小生境遗传算法考察特定时间段内的劳动生产率平均增长速度与农民工工资水平的相互作用关系,并得出结论:在政府包办农民工培训的情况下,企业往往会在农民工工资预期增长情况和教育带来的农民工劳动生产率之间进行权衡选择,进而对农民工技能培训效率产生重大影响.
