The optimal culture mediums for callus tissue and adventitious bud induction was MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L, the optimal enrichment medium was MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L, the optimal rooting medium was 1/2MS+IBA 0.4 mg/L. |
