It is also called “plant estrogen”by scientists.Highly pure isoflavone, flavonols and flavonoid can be obtained from fruits of Sophora japonica L. This paper reviewed the research status on cell culture of Sophora japonica L. fruits at home and abroad, the influencing factors on cell culture of Sophora japonica L. fruits, and the approach promoting plant cell culture produced flavonoids substances, and prospected the developing trend of this technique. |
