Abstract:
      Monorail vehicle for the mountains operated stable, but transition of vibrating was direct. Vibration had a great impact on the structure. For optimizing the structure, this paper used ANSYS parametric design language to create the parametric finite element model for monorail structure, and get the analysis result under static and dynamic states, including stress, strain, natural frequency, resonance response, etc. And the accuracy of the finite element model was verified by the vibration test. Based on current analysis, optimize the design with ensure security and stability to achieve a lightweight with 16% weight reduction.
