Abstract:
      This research selects 480 new-generation migrant workers in the service industry in Guangdong Province as samples and employs self-design job satisfaction questionnaire to find out elements that influence the job satisfaction of the new generation of migrant workers. The results are: (1)The overall job satisfaction of the new generation of migrant workers is relatively high,job satisfaction is 34.9%,mean is 3.22, with the descending order of the scores at each dimension is: interpersonal relationship satisfaction (3.51)>selfdevelopment satisfaction(3.41)>job-itself satisfaction(3.12)>satisfaction on job rewards(3.06)> satisfaction on job conditions(3.04);(2)Age difference, marriage and landholding have significant influences on the job satisfaction of the new generation of migrant workers,with increasing of age job satisfaction is higher,unmarried job satisfaction is significantly higher than married,ownership of land elements of the new generation of migrant workers with lower overall job satisfaction.
