Abstract:
      The Aschersonia aleyrodis living on Dialeurodes citri Ashmead was identified by morphology and molecular biological methods.Phylogenetic relationships in Aschersonia was discussed by constructing a phylogenetic tree.The temperature range for mycelial growth was 10~30℃,25℃was the optimum. The mycelial could grow better on PDA and corn flour sucrose yeast extract agar medium than others,more sucrose and nitrogen were the optimum. Illumination had no remarkably effect on the growth of the pathogen,but 12 hour intermittent illumination was in favour of the spore-bearing. The fungus produce more spores in PDA,PSA and corn flour sucrose yeast extract agar medium. The effection of seven chemicals on the mycelia growth of Aschersonia aleyrodis Webber were studied in this paper, the results showed that only one bactericide could inhibit the mycelia growth completely.The effect of bactericides was more serious than insecticides.
