By carring out data research for the major green tea producers in Yibin City within 2009-2011, this paper understood the business of green tea processing status of the ource of raw materials, the use of equipment, product status,etc. At the same time, priorityed of Yibin famous green tea processing technology and process and draw a flow chart.
