A method was developed for determining dithianon residue in fruits such as apple, grape and pear by dispersive solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography. The dithianon residue in fruits were extracted by acetonitrile and cleaned up by dispersive solid phase extraction using C18 dispersive sorbent. The dithianon residue were detected by HPLC with UV detector, and quantified by external standard. The mobile phase was acetonitril-water (70:30, volume ratio), the rate of flow was 1.0 mL/min, and the wavelength of detection was 254 nm. The good linearity was obtained ranging from 0.1 to 5.0 μg/mL, the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999. The average recoveries ranged from 88.8% to 116.9%, the relative standard deviations (RSD) were less than 11%, the limit of detection was 0.04 μg/mL. The method of dispersive SPE-HPLC established in this study could be used for detected dithianon residue in fruits. |
