| This paper analyzed the differences of agricultural inputs, agricultural outputs and comprehensive agricultural efficiency between cities in Xinjiang based on TOPSIS method and entropy method. The results indicated that there existed obvious regionaldifferences in South Xinjiang and North Xinjiang 1(Urumqi, Karamay and Turpan and Hami) and North Xinjiang 2(the other city in northern areas of Xinjiang). The differences of the efficiency of agricultural productions were determined by the abundance of natural resources and the degree of economic development and the relative size of agricultural input and output. More abundant natural resources meant less agricultural inputs and more developed areas input more. To improve the efficiency, we should try to make use of natural resources and invest reasonably in the production. So we would achieve our efficient, resources-saving agricultural production targets. |
