To investigate the optimum extraction of total coumarins from Stellera chamaejasme by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction. The response surface methodology was applied in the analysis of extraction parameters such as extraction pressure, extraction temperature and ethanol dosage. The results showed optimal extraction conditions were extraction pressure 30 MPa, extraction temperature 53℃, ethanol dosage 3 mL/g, under the above conditions, the yield of total coumarins was 0.356%. |
