Abstract: |
The study was conducted to explore the two -phase culture conditions for submerged fermentation of Paecilomyces verticillatus GZ to enhance cordycepin content . The results showed that 6%(V/V) of oleic acid or dibutyl phthalate was respectively introduced into shake flask culture at 0 h (the beginning of fermentation), mycelia were harvested after 7 d. The cordycepin production of
GZ was respectively 71.33 (±2.61)mg/L and 59.21 (±2.50)mg/L, which was respectively 44% and 20% more than the control (no organic phase). |
