Abstract: |
Ecotype WS-2, transgenic NahG (displayed resistance response) and Shakh-dara (displayed susceptible) were taken as material, the expression of differential genes was studied in resistant and susceptible Arabidopsis ecotypes after being inoculated by Alternaria porri through the method of DDRT-PCR. One hundred and thirty-five differential expressed cDNA fragments were obtained and the reverse Northern blotting result indicated that thirty-eight differential expressed cDNA fragments were positive. The positive ratio was 28.1%. Homologous results displayed that not only respiration-related genes were induced but cytoskeleton-like-related genes controlling protein and proteolysis were also induced. Fragment WS-2-47 was induced 3 h after inoculation and encodes Sla1 protein which contain SH3 conserved domain. It putatived that Arabidopsis cell wall was changed and enhanced the host resistance during the infection of Alternaria porri. |
