Effects of ultrasound on seed germination and yield formation of rice were studied by using the ultrasonic treatment (20
kHZ and 40 kHZ mixing,30min) to Huahang 31 and Zhonghua 11, in the simulation experiment in phytotron and field experiment. The results were as follows: ultrasound treatment increased yield of Huahang 31 and Zhonghua11 by 7.98% and 6.40% respectively, and their available panicles, seed setting rate and the index of harvest. Ultrasound treatment increased plant height, dry matter accumulation and leaf area of their seedling. Ultrasound increased significantly germination speed of rice seed, while had no significant effect on the ratio of seed germination. |
