| Investigation and evaluation of the seedling rate and plant height of 600 cassava germplasm under lower air temperature at
the National Garden of Cassava Germplasm in Tropical Crops Genetic Resources Institute were carried cut. The results showed that the cassava germplasm which came from Malaysia and Thailand had higher seedling rate, the transgenic varieties had lower seedling rate. In the main cultivars of China, SC201, Guire5, Xinxuan048, SC205, Guire4 and Guire3 had higher seedling rate and grew better at seedling stage. |
