| It was researched that the growth trend of mould in paddy under Southern China climates which the temperature and
humidity were high. The results showed that the number of mould in paddy increased with the rising of humidity under the storage conditions of high temperature (30℃, 35℃and 40℃) , among which most fastest increasing was under 95% humidity, and most slowest increasing was under 75% humidity. Meanwhile, the number of mould in paddy increased with the rising of temperature under the storage conditions of high humidity (75%, 85% and 95%), among which, most fastest increasing was under 40℃, and most slowest increasing was under 30℃. The results indicated that the storage conditions with high temperature and humidity accelerate the growth of mould in paddy and the mildewing rate of paddy. |
