In this paper, the technologies of ethanol production fermented from litch residue were discussed using uniform design and
the optimization parameters of alcoholic fermentation as the index of alcoholic productive rate were studied. It mainly investigated the amount of enzyme, the time and temperature of enzymatic hydrolysis in the pretreatment process of samples. We also studied the parameters of the process of ethanol production fermented of samples including the addition amount, the time and temperature of fermentation and sugar degree, respectively. The results showed that the initial concentration of saccharification liquid was 16°Bx, the alcoholic additive was 0.5%, the fermentation temperature was 30℃, and the best fermentation time was 168 h, and the alcoholic productive rate could reach 17.16% under the best optimization parameters with the help of DPS7.05 software by uniform design. The practical yield of ethanol was 15.4% under this condition. |
