In this paper, optimization of polysaccharide extraction technology from Crotalaria mucronata Desv. was carried on by
single and L9(33) test with hot water. The result showed that the order of influence factors to polysaccharide extracting were extracting time, extracting temperature and the ratio of material with liquid. The optimised process was as follows: temperature 40℃, time 2.5 h, the ratio of material with liquid 1:30, concentration of alcohol 95%. The extraction yield could be up to 15.43%. No nuclear-acid and protein was found in the polysaccharides by ultraviolet detection and Ninhydrin reaction. |
