In order to simulate the high density intensive cultural model of Litopenaeus vannamei and explore the effect of probiotics
and carbon source on profit, enclosure culture was carried out in Dianbai, Maoming, Guangdong province from October 2011 to January 2012. Different amounts of molasses and Bacillus were added every three days, which was used to study carbon bacteria on their breeding efficiency. The results showed that when the amount of carbon source was 50% of the daily feeding amount of feed and combined with Bacillus, the yields increased 19.13%, the feed coefficient reduced 22.00%, the cost reduced 5.30% and the net profit increased 31.56% compared with control group. When the amount of carbon source was 64% of the daily feeding amount of feed, the yields increased 17.85%, the feed coefficient reduced 21.00%, the cost reduced 4.82% and the net profit increased 26.61% compared with control group. The results indicated that by adding a certain amount of carbon source and combined with Bacillus, the yields and survival rate of shrimp could be improved. Meanwhile, the feed coefficient and the production cost could be reduced. It could obtain more culture profit. |
