Abstract:
In order to understand the optimum amount of NPK required of Dennis pineapple growth and development, regression equation between amount of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium fertilization and plant dry weight, plant height, crown width, leaf number were established respectively on the experiment of “3414” design. Results showed that the amounts which met maximum dry weight, plant height, crown width and number of leaves that were derived by a single quadratic function on nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium fertilization were N 151.82~175.7 mg/L, P2O5 22.79~23.38 mg/L, K2O 258.25~298.5 mg/L; the amounts which met maximum dry weight, plant height, crown width and number of leaves that were derived by the ternary quadratic function on nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium fertilization were N 151.82~175.7 mg/L, P2O5 22.79~23.38 mg/L, K2O 258.25~298.5 mg/L; the NPK (N, P2O5, K2O) ratio of more suitable for Dennis pineapple growth and development was 1:0.29~0.32:2.00~2.44.
