The fruit crude fat of 13 introduced olive varieties and 8 different maturity olives was extracted by soxhlet, the content of squalene in which was studied by GC -MS quantitative and qualitative analysis. The results showed that the squalene content of Chenggu32 was the highest, while the squalene content of Laixing was the lowest in 13 varieties of olive fruit oil. And the squalene content in olive fruit oil from 3 olive varieties including Chenggu32, Foao and Asi, was getting higher with the maturity. |
