TMTD resistant strains were screened for Coenzyme A high-producing strain by inducing revibacterium ammoniagenes
with microwave irradiation. Subsequently, the medium of a TMTD resistant strain named A3 was optimized. The optimization medium was as follows: glucose 1.5%, peptone 1.0%, yeast extract 0.5%, magnesium sulfate 1%, dipotassium hydrogen phosphate l%, potassium dihydrogen phosphate l%; and inoculation amount was 15%. Under the optimum conditions, the average OD600 of strain A3 could reached 5.12. |
