Abstract:
      Organ abscission is a kind of complex physiological process,which regulated by various factors. Hormone influenced the process, especially, ethylene. The relationship between ethylene rise and organ abscission was positived. But the rise of ethylene to organabscissionwere not adjacent two steps. It contained many process. Firstly, the synthesis of ethylene must be increased. The next step was to combine ethylene with the ethylene receptor genes. And then passed the signal down through the regulator of the ethylene. Then increased the activity and genes expression of the cell wall hydrolases,leading to the cell wall degradation of abscission zone and the organ abscission ultimately. Therefore, this paper summarized the new research progress in the ethylene biosynthesis, ethylene receptor, and the regulator of the ethylene response pathway when organ occurred fall off.
