Abstract:
      With the support of 3S technique, the soil erosion amount in the surface water sources protection zones of Shijiazhuang in 2000 and 2010 was calculated by using the revised universal soil loss equation (RUSLE), and a soil erosion map was drawn according to the soil erosion intensity classification criterion. Analysis the reason about the change of water and soil loss in 2000 and 2010, and calculates the transfer matrix of soil erosion degree from 2000—2010, analysis the relationship of land use and soil erosion. Based on these, the results showed that more than moderate soil erosion level in 2000 transferred to annually lower levels of soil erosion average relatively substantially in 2010. In 2010 the water and soil erosion belongs to mild erosion. Comparing with that in 2000, the water and soil loss area in 2010 increased markedly, with a increment of 0.33 km2, and the water and soil loss mainly occurred on the construction land and unused land.
