In order to explore potential vitality of Carposina sasakii Matsumura and provide reference basis for artificial feeding, the survival and multiplication rate of experimental population of C. sasakii Matsumura was observed under constant temperature of 25 (±1)℃, with humidity of 80% and illumination time of 15 h. The age specific life table was established. Experimental population parameters were obtained as follows: the index of population trend was 31.53, the finite rate of increase was 1.1102, the intrinsic increase rate was 0.1045,the net reproductive rate was 39.15, the mean generation time was 35.25 d, the doubling time was 6.6325 d. And the survial curve of C.sasakii Matsumura from the life table was drawn. The results showed that it was the best time to prevent them before C. sasakii Matsumura into apples. |
