Abstract:
      Indirect enzyme linked immunity absorb assay was used to detect Cucumber mosaic virus disease and Potato virus Y of tobacco in five main tobacco planting areas of Guizhou, and one step RT-PCR method was used to verify the accuracy of the experiment. The results showed that the CMV infectivity of tobacco in Sinan, Fenggang, Dejiang, Zheng'an and Qingzhen were 66%, 67%, 54%, 59% and 40% respectively, the PVY infectivity of tobacco in five tobacco regions were 54%, 56%, 37%, 49% and 36% respectively, and the mixed infection rate were 32%, 23%, 27%, 23% and 7% respectively.
