Effective hydraulic conductivity, rill erodibility and soil critical shear stress were calibrated by field observed data of runoff and sediment load from rainfall simulation experiment of laterite. The calibrated values of the above three soil parameters were 16.7 mm/h,0.005 s/m, and 4.0 Pa. The testing calibrated results used Nash-Sutcliffe model efficiency (ME) found that calibrated results were reasonable and the calibrated values could be used to assess WEPP model application on the laterite soil area. |
