Farmers’demand and supply desire will determine the direction of the promotion of agricultural technology. Selecting
Hebei province as a study case area and taking the farmers and promotion organizations in Hebei pear industry technology promotion as the research object, while based on the farmers’perspective for the first time and using a combination of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, this paper evaluated the service effect of promotion organizations. The results of the evaluation showed that: 7.3% of farmers thought the promotion organization service effect was excellent, 25.1% of farmers thought the service effect was good, and 34.6% of farmers thought the service effect was general. Based on the results of the evaluation, we put forward the suggestions to establish the mechanism of promotion of agricultural technology for farmers’needs. |
