The dynamic changes of embryo dry weight in Brassica napus L. were imitated by Richards equation. The results showed
that: the time in early stage and the ratio of time in early stage to total stage in hybrids were less than that those in parents, and dry matter weight in early stage and the ratio of dry matter weight in early stage to total weight in hybrids were also less than that those in parents. The time in middle and late stage in hybrids were longer than those in parents, and the total accumulation duration of embryo in hybrids was longer than that in parents, so the final dry weight of embryo in hybrids was bigger than that in parents. Maximum rate, mean rate in every stage and total stage in hybrids were less than those in conventional varieties. |
