Aimed to reveal biological active ingredients and resistance of wild bracken in the western of Guangxi, the paper took wild bracken as experimental materials, measured protein content, chlorophyll content, sugar content, malondialdehyde (MDA) content and activities of peroxidase (POD) of wild bracken. The results showed that it included 0.334 g protein per 100 g fresh wild fern, had less chlorophyll and reducing sugar content and chlorophyll a/b ratio of 2.11, while soluble sugar was mainly concentrated in the leaves. The MDA contents of terminal bud were significantly higher than the leaves, reached 3.0776 滋mol/g. The POD activity in the various parts of the fresh wild bracken showed as followed: young stem >terminal bud> young leaves> old leaves. The results suggested that the fresh wild bracken were rich in nutritional ingredient, and had an adaptation mechanism to against adversity environment. |
