Abstract: |
Bactrocera (Zeugodacus) cucurbitae (Coquillett) are important invasive pest in bitter gourd production in Hainan,we took
them back to the indoor artificial feeding room for research. After oberserving the artificial diet, feeding methods and the growth development, we found that, when the temperatures was 28~32益, their developmental duration would be shortened. Adult liked to eat the cooked pumpkin, and liked to spawn in the whole fresh cucumber. Larval爷s favorite food were also fresh cucumber. The toxicity of 9 pesticides against mature larvae and pupae of B. cucurbitae were determined by the residual film method and dipping method. The results showed that residual film method was simpler than the dipping method and the result was more stable. Abamectin was the most effective against B. cucurbitae, followed by emamectin benzene formate, chlorfenapyr, acetamiprid. |
