| The mutant strain Y13 was isolated by the time of optimum microwave mutagenesis, mutagenic strains of screening and
re-screening within oleaginous yeast Y1. The results showed that Y13 was significantly improved in oil production and content, the oil production reached 4.39 g/L from 2.11 g/L and the content reached 22.09% from 9.6%, respectively. It is feasible to employ Y13 as original strains using shake-flask fermentation for lipid-producing. |
