| The biosynthesis of lignin is a complex process and many enzymes involve in the procedure. ARFs play a key role in the
lignin biosynthsis which can affect gene transcription activation or repression by adjusting the early gene expression. This article mainly carriesd on the analysis of evolution and correlation of the available sequence and auxin based on ARFs gene chip data, the results showed that the conservation of poplar ARF sequence up to 60%. The relativity of up-regulated genes number, auxin content and signal of gene expression with each other was high in summer and autumn. The effect of winter on the semaphore of the auxin response was the largest. |
