Appropriate humidity of the storage environment can protect fruits and vegetables from evaporation of water
and loss of weight, keep them fresh and prolong the preservation period. In this paper, based on literature retrieval and
according to different humidifying principles, the existing humidifying technologies are clarified and the working principle and structure of humidifying device commonly used in the field of fruits and vegetables storage are analyzed. At the same time, the properties of various humidifying methods are compared and the prospects for development are raised, in order to promote the further development and application of this technology. |
