Abstract:
Using sisal seeding as materials, pot-culture experiment was used to study the effect of different nitrogen levels on the growth, including the plant total biomass, root biomass, leaf N-contents , root N-contents and N use efficiency. Result showed that when the nitrogen fertilizer was applied in the amount of 0.1 g/kg gram per plant, the plant total biomass and the root biomass were the largest,N recovery efficiency and N use efficiency were the best. The plant total biomass and the root biomass were the least when the nitrogen nutrition levels was 1.6 g/kg gram per plant. When supplied with 0.1,0.2,0.4,0.8 g/kg gram nitrogen per plant, the plant total biomass was larger than that of under 0 g/kg gram per plant. But with the nitrogen nutrition levels increasing, the root biomass decreased. With the nitrogen nutrition levels increasing, leaf N-contents, root N-contents and N-accumulation of the plant increased, on the contrary, N recovery efficiency and N use efficiency decreased.
